Weiser Community Church has numerous ministries including but not limited to: Youth Ministries, Christian Education, Small Groups, Worship Ministry, Lydians, Missions/Outreach, and Celebrate Recovery.
Small Group Ministry:
In a small community you wouldn’t think that there would be a need for small groups. However, we have found that people in our church grow closer to each other and to God by fellowshipping with each other outside of Sunday morning worship. We have various groups that meet during the week which includes Bible studies for women, men, and couples and a wonderful women’s group which meets once a month. Please contact Steve Penner if you are interested in joining a group. Been in a Bible study not only helps you learn more about your faith but also about yourself. Consider a small group, you never know where it will lead you.
Weiser High School Youth Group:
The High School Youth Group is a diverse group of teens that love God. Our goal is for them to develop a relationship with their Lord and Savior. Making it a relationship that they will rely on as they go out into the world. We spend time learning about God our Father and Creator, Jesus the Messiah and Lord, the Holy Spirit the Comforter and Counselor, the forgiveness of sins and memorizing scripture.

This is the “older” women’s fellowship that was started over 50 years ago when the “older” women were “younger” women. We would love to have the women of this church know they are welcome to come to our potluck and meeting the 3rd Monday of every month. Even if you younger gals are working, you could still come at noon and eat with us. We have a lot of fun, but still manage to accomplish a lot.
Service is our purpose; i.e.prepare and serve funeral dinners, give baby showers, recognize 8th and 12th grade graduates with gifts, donate to scholarship funds for college bound students, make gallons of applesauce for the Groudhog Feed, send notes and cards of encouragement to people and help support outreach ministries like missionaries, Love INC, Hope House, the Ho Ho Express, Rose Advocates, etc.
We dish up a lot of laughter, along with great food at our monthly meetings, and we’ve been know to take the church van and go on fun excursions.
Again, we welcome all ladies to join us.
